Terms and Conditions
These conditions of sale, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties govern the purchase contracts between seller and buyer inherent in the products marketed by the company FACE OFF SRL with headquarters at Piazzale Ceccarini 5, 47838 Riccione (RN).

Please note that photographs are provided for informational purposes only and may display some product accessories that may not be included in the standard sales package.

5) Right of withdrawal
The current legislation provides consumers with the right to withdraw from contracts or contractual proposals, guaranteeing them the right to return the purchased product and to obtain reimbursement of the expense incurred. The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygienic or health protection reasons that have been opened after delivery.
The Customer is responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products, ie:
in the absence of the original packaging.
in the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, instruction manuals, etc.).

5.1 Refund modalities
The Customer has a period of 14 (fourteen) days to withdraw starting from the day of receipt of the goods. To obtain a refund, the customer must arrange for the shipment of the purchased product to the following address:

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender.
Once the package has been shipped, you must send an email to email@example.com correctly entering your data (shipping address, IBAN bank account, IBAN holder, photo shipping slip).
Refunds are made only by bank transfer, which is made within 14 days of receipt of the completed request.
Please note: A photo of your return shipment bulletin must be attached in the email. The refund will be made only in case of sending the correct data and in case the photo of the bulletin is legible.
In case of missing and/or incorrect data, FACE OFF SRL is not obliged to make the refund within the above terms.
6) Damaged products
In case of receipt of damaged goods, the customer must report the problem encountered no later than 14 days by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, mentioning in the subject line of the email "damaged items and the reference order number."
If you receive a damaged item you should keep the original box and packaging taking care to properly photograph the damaged items.
If a damaged package is received by the courier, the customer must sign with reserve, or refuse the package by notifying email@example.com of the problem encountered.
7) Buyer's Obligations.
The buyer, by acceding to the terms and conditions of sale, agrees to:
pay through one of the payment services indicated by the operator;
be available, in accordance with the terms of the carrier, for the receipt of the ordered products;
not to provide false reviews and false experiences in the use of products, whether on the operator's site or third-party sites not directly operated by the company.
In particular, please note that in case of non-receipt of goods shipped COD, the FACE OFF SRL may retaliate against the defaulting customer to recover the costs incurred for the shipment failed.
8) Proof of purchase
The current legal regulations provide that mail order sales are not subject to the obligation to issue an invoice or receipt.
For all cases in which it was necessary to show a proof of purchase (example for warranty replacements) the courier's coupon is authentic and should be properly stored.
9) Method of withdrawal of products
By proceeding with the order, the customer mandates our contracted couriers to collect the product from our warehouses on his behalf, and in the case of cash on delivery, to arrange for the delivery of the money.
